01Does “for life” really mean forever?
Yes. You earn 10% every time a customer you referred pays CharmingDesk, for as long as they keep paying. There is no first-year cutoff. If they stop paying, there are no new payments to earn commission on.
02Which payments count?
Monthly plan purchases, subscription renewals and standalone credit top-ups. Your commission is 10% of each successful payment from a customer attributed to your referral link.
03Do I need to buy a plan to become a partner?
No. Applying is free, and you do not need a paid CharmingDesk subscription. Create an account, verify your email and tell us a little about your audience.
04How does someone become my referral?
After approval, you receive your own referral link. A new customer needs to create their account through that link so their signup can be attributed to you. Existing accounts cannot be attributed again.
05When and how do I get paid?
The CharmingDesk team reviews commissions and arranges payouts with you. See the payout details in the application section below. Signup counts show introductions made; they are not your earnings balance.
06Can I refer myself?
The program is for introducing new customers. Self-referrals, duplicate-account referrals, spam and misleading promotions are not allowed. Be open about your partner relationship when sharing CharmingDesk.
